Hi! Will you still have this update for your phone? Unfortunately, even with the last update, GPS is slow to find a signal and the camera is slow to focus too! If there is no upgrade then I replace the phone and I will not buy UMIDIGI for bad support!

Hi,
Unfortunately the relatively slow GPS fix is caused by the specific hardware design. The S2 Lite with pretty much the same basic hardware components and software base preforms much better, so an update couldn't fix this issue. The Crystal will probably not receive further software updates. I'm sorry for your inconvenience.

If your GPS doesn't work, try not to just update your phone but flash the latest version with SP Flash Tool in firmware upgrade mode. If the GPS still doesn't work, you should contact your seller for a replacement. Try to delete all of your old fingerprint data and set your fingerprints again after updating your phone. Set the camera to 4:3 aspect ratio, not to full screen to be able to get the full 13Mp resolution of the camera.

Re: "The Crystal will probably not receive further software updates." - why would any of us consider EVER buying ANYTHING else from this company, when it provides no more than 5-6 months of software updates, and even then an outdated version of android that's full of bugs that will never be fixed ??!!? It's not even a year old yet and still it's on Android 7 with no prospect of moving up to v8 or 9

Well,I think is very good phone for a 100$,for calling and browse the net,I dont expect very much for this money,overall its a cloned chines phone,what can I say....

Anyone of you all are using the phone as a primary phone witout get any problem ?! Because i really can't use it!
Please answer because if it's a common problem i think that they MUST fix it, otherwise if it's just my problem i will ask about the warranty.

Actually, mine cost $140 in Sept 2017 -  but you're right in that we get what we pay for.
