Yes I was a flash sale purchaser, not looking good. Today I raised a PayPal grievance, wonder if that achieves anything?

In my case the DirectLink tracking page at least says the package is on its way towards the correct country...

We will only send your phone if you drop the dispute.
Unbelievable, so now I turned it into a formal Paypal claim against them to recover my money.
I will buy from someone else - any suggestions for a reliable supplier?

A good option is aliexpress, aliexpress only gives the money to the seller after you confirm the reception of the item. Even if you don't know the seller this way you have some way to get your money back more quickly if something goes wrong.
The only reason I didn't used this way was the flash sale that got me a better price

Who was that guys who ordered using DHL? i'm sure he got his phone by now. he posted screen shot. if he can confirm  tomtop actually shipped it.

Well, I ordered mine (UMI Touch Gold) from http://www.alegrecompra.com/ on March 19th but have not received it yet. Have not received any update from them either regarding when it will be shipped. Hoping it will be soon.
