The phone downloads the update, but during the installation it gives error.

I think the phone reboots before the updating package is decompressed. I tried to update several times, and everytime the decompression of the package stops at different percentages when the phone reboots.

1. If your phone is rooted, you need to flash a stock ROM to be able to install the wireless update.
2. If you have an SD card mounted in your phone, the update.zip file will be saved on it and that may get corrupted if you card has not perfect quality. Remove or unmount (eject) your SD card, and try again to download and install the update.Another option is to download and save the OTA file on the internal storage of your phone, then install it manually.

I've no rooted phone and I try manually downloading and flashing ROM, but it still doesn't work. Error message after few seconds from the reboot.

Did you try the "Optional method (in case if the manual OTA update gets stuck): Install from recovery"
