Good morning, how do you disable the proximity sensor on s2 lite sound, so it seems strange with the testicles, even reinstalling a ROM the problem persists, and is connected to the proximity sensor. During the call the sensor turns off and the face on screen does not turn on. You can hear the voice of the person, but soon the cell phone restarts. it's like it's a drowsiness

Good afternoon, I'm still waiting for a solution. I'll file a lawsuit with the court. First, for misleading advertisement, where there is on the company's website that the device would receive update via OTA of android 8 oreo, which until today has not occurred.
Second, I am not getting help from the company support regarding the issue of rebooting the device.
I expected more support and explanations, which is not happening, the customer is left out after the product payment, this is unfortunate.

Get Wakelock revamp app and switch on the processor section to cure the shut down problem. It worked for mine.
