I think you should now give some explanation for this delay.
It might happen that things do not always go in planned way, some delays may appear.

I was one of the first buyers on 15.august, from licensed Ali store, linked on the Crystal homepage. Got it by "promo" price.
No delivery information yet despite Crystal homepage says that shipping is starting at 25.august.
Seller promises "this week".

UMIDIGI i need some answers as to where my order is. I ordered on August 16 from a official ailexpress dealer i was told it would be shipped out on August25 whats the delay from what i can see theres around 5000+ orders with all your official sellers combined so you have made around $550,000US. all this hype for a low spac phone with bezels. All the picture of the Crystal are bad a$$ but the real thing is nothing like the pictures. customer's like me getting tricked. And just to think all that money you made of all your customers from the presale over half a million US and theres delay again with the Crystal customer's are starting to see the real UMIDIGI if they have not already. UMIDIGI did you just need the money to pay off the build of the UMIDIGI S2PRO AS THAT PHONE PRICE IS 1000.00+ US...... UMIDIGI please explain why theres a delay and why? also explain why the pictures of the UMIDIGI CRYSTAL you advertise on your official website are not the SAME AS THE REAL PHONE SHOW IN YOUR UNBOXINGS VIDOES. For the last thing when will orders be shipped out will they be shipped out at all? Within a week i'll ask a refund to gearbest if the phone(probably won't be) will be not yet shipped
I believe UMIDIGI did not expect that the 4GB/64GB version is sold considerably more than the 2GB/16GB version. You can see that from certain resellers, the 2GB/16GB is available for shipment on 5th to 7th September. But no news on the 4GB/64GB version.
But right you are UMIDIGI should step forward and honor these buyers on the firm availability dates for the 4GB/64GB version.
I cancelled my order, I will get a Xiaomi phone (mi mix2 or the A1). I ordered on the 7th of August and nothing was shipped.
Too many other phones are going to be released with the same design or better designs over the next week.
These phones might be more expensive, but I think the overall quality and stock control will be higher.
I wish everyone good luck in getting this phone, It seemed like a great deal one month ago, but now not so much.
