I think you should now give some explanation for this delay.
It might happen that things do not always go in planned way, some delays may appear.

I was one of the first buyers on 15.august, from licensed Ali store, linked on the Crystal homepage. Got it by "promo" price.
No delivery information yet despite Crystal homepage says that shipping is starting at 25.august.
Seller promises "this week".
