Forget the details on the website.
Promises and reality are not always identical.

I can say so many other brands, and big global brands, unfortunately

I noticed that if I want to take good pictures (inside, but I will have to test this mode outdoors), I have to press Night Mode and Flash, so that the quality is present. If I put the HDR alone, the image is too bright, if I do not put it, the image is too dark

Samsung is actually very frugal with the updates.
I think with the S3 and S4 there were only 1-2 upd ...

Regarding Samsung (or Apple), there are of course breakdowns. At Apple, customers are often now beta testers, especially when a device has just come out (I have been selling phones for 2 years, so I know what I'm talking about). The breakdowns are much larger and leave millions of people in disarray during (for apple) sometimes several weeks

Samsung usually provides 2 updates on the life of a smartphone (galaxy s4, 2 updates, galaxy s6, 1 single, galaxy s7, 3 updates, apple, whenever they find a bug, And there are more and more)

Since the release of Android 7.1.1, frankly, I know why I invested $ 213 in Umi Z Pro and I know why I would not give $ 700 to Apple or Samsung or Huawei P10 Plus (although I really wanted to m To buy one, but in France, it must be imported)

The photo sensor will surely be updated in the next one to two months. But already the pictures I took are not too bad if I compare them to a galaxy s7. If I do not zoom, of course, otherwise I see noise on the pictures and there, it looks more like a 5 mp than a 13

But I do not despair of finding a way to make very nice photos with this dual sensor (may be the same software as the LG G6, since it is the same sensor

I would keep you informed of my research

Batterylife still sucks.

150% less then promissed on the website.

I do not have any problem with the battery, I will average to hold between 1 and 3 days (even if I recharge each evening).

Tonight, I still have 70% battery, I consumed 30% over 12 hours and I used it well (internet, and play store), install and delete launcher ...

Looks if the wifi is activated. The apex launcher consumed quite a bit

You have to see how you use your phone, is that waze is turned on non stop, is what wifi, bluetooth is on also, is the brightness is 100%. Do you have applications in the background that consumes and most importantly, is what you use a launcher that is not intended for Android 7.1.1. By default, I would say that the phone is constantly trying to pick up 3G or 4G, does the phone have many applications (which require constant updates, so that will necessarily pump the battery)?

For the OTA update, the phone has kept all the contact information, and applications and data in progress. If you root your phone, you will have to flash, and there you inevitably lose everything, it resets completely

The battery and camera is still fine with me. I keep having trouble with my mic though, and once I turn my data off, I have to restart the whole phone before it will come on again...
Also since this is Nougat, where is the direct reply??? You're supposed to be able to have it and quickly reply to somebody in the notification shade. But where in the heck is it???
Also my phone will reboot anytime I try to do anything important. I got a phone call and it got stuck on the ringtone and I couldn't do anything about it. I had to hold down the power button for the longest. And it does this about 5 to 10 times a day. Today it has been seven. Shaaaame

Battery use with one hour Waze (Drive to work):

- UMI Super: 10 - 12% (Battery 4000 mAh)
- UMIDIGI Z Pro: 20 - 22% (Battery 3780 mAh)

Does this actually come from the smaller battery of the Z Pro???
