My S2 Pro is unable to apply the update. Everytime I launch the update app, the mobile reboots, the update begins and instantly gaves me an error screen. I have to force shutdown it (by holding the power button several seconds).
It is annoying because the notification to do an OS update is there again after rebooting from the error.
The update version to apply is V2.0.023
Current version (in phone info window) is V1.0_20171207.
Mobile is in spanish and I have a SD card inserted.
Any ideas?
Please also check the Kernel version. If it's Wed Jan 17 13:58:15 CST 2018, then you have the latest update installed on your phone. The latest update contains a wrong build version by mistake.

Go to 'Settings --> Storage --> Internal shared storage --> Cached data' and delete the cached data. Power off your phone and remove the SD card. Reboot your phone and try to install the update again.
