hope
s2 mobile factory reset tryed but not worked i am tryed more times  please tell me how to factory reset working please help me my applications not working mobile crashing apps please help me

 Can you try to enter the recovery mode to reboot the system?
 Before recovery the phone , pls back up the important file
 1. turn the phone off
 2. press volume up button(or down button) then press power button together, about 5-10 seconds later, phone will enter recovery mode
 3. choose "wipe data/factory reset"(via volume /updown button)
 4. press power button, choose "delete all user data", in about 5 seconds, phone will show "data wipe complete"
5. choose "wipe cache partition", press power button to confirm, wait the phone to show "cache wipe complete"
 6. choose "reboot system now"
 7. the phone will reboot

Hm, freezes and reboots don't sound nice. I wonder if other users have the same problems.
