Thanks ... I tested the 0613 but it seems that the battery performance is lower compared to 1228

\n\nI am attempting to update my Android 7.0 build 3.01 to ver 3.02 using manual OTA on a non rooted phone, I tried to download rom UMi_Plus_V3.02_20170616_update.zip, the link transferred to another site MediaFire.com andI repeatedly  got no success. I registered on the download site (don't know why?) and still no progress. Why is such a simple file transfer a problem?

Eventually tried the link on my laptop and after many tries I eventually got a zip file showing 48.92 MB and transferred this to the Plus via USB cable. This transfer shows 48.92 on the Plus.  No checksum is given and I am reluctant to risk messing about with an important file that has no checksum.  What nature of a system server is this?  What should the checksum be? Is this a part update and not a complete Rom which has a file size RAR file  over 1 GB?

Any helpful advice would be appreciated.

Hi,
Update.zip files contain only the updated elements, not the whole system software. The file size is correct. Checksum is skipped for faster access, a damaged or modified zip file cannot be extracted or installed. About the nature of the hosting server I suggest you to contact the customer care of MediaFire. Specially for you I recommend to download and install wireless OTA updates only. That's the official way to update your device.
