Battery drain

I saw this news from the internet and do not know if this is the problem from OS7 or not? Look like this is not only UMI problem at all!

to not let this known problem get forgotten.

same here. i bough my umi super, half year ago. And ECACTLY after a half year, my battery drain was very high and freaky. from one day to the next. Then within 2 month battery life got bader. 40 % - 1 Second later- 1 %
At the moment i have just 30 % of my battery life in use !!!
70%- 1 Second later- 1 %-dead.
if i try to load the battery and turn my phone on again, it has suddenly 69% of battery.
Jeah, and my battery got swollen. every week i used it a little bit more.
THIS IS NO SONY BATTERY YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT !!
A original battery is not such a bad joke like this.
my sd card and sim card got stuck in the sim card slot because the little swollen battery. i now had to unscrew some screws to get this out. Jeah, and there was a little warranty safety paper on one screw. so now i destroyed my freakin guarantee.
or do you know this little cross paper on one screw ??
is there a chance to use guarantee ?
i ordered now a new battery for my umi on aliexpress. for 20 € !!!!

My screen cracked due a swollen battery. I experienced this battery drainage before the crack and after the Android 7 update. Go to your reseller for warranty, because with a cracked screen they don't do much. Other signs are pressure spots on your screen.
