one question, did you tried to connect bluetooth with wifi disabled? I don't know if all of tests ...

Just tried it. WiFi disabled, Bluetooth clear cache and data, still not working.Any other suggestions?!

Then, you could try to flash v3.02 version from rootjoy to check if somebody was not good on factory flash.

Here on this forum you can find rootjoy topic where you can find how to use rootjoy app to flash phone.

Remember that flashing phone you will lost all data. You should do a backup before

Okay. So, without any explanation my Iron Pro discovered my headset, paired & connected successfully. I didn't do anything, no reset, no refash, nothing. All good so far except: there are some skips in audio. This goes for both calls and music. Any suggestions for that?!

Hi,

what do you refer with skips? Are you talking about audio cuts?

I suppose that only happens with bluetooth headset right?

Yep. And it also disconnects from time to time.
I tried some fixes found on other forums, but none worked for me. Is this a software issue, or a hardware problem?!

Angel, I did tried it with wired headphones, it worked flawlessly, but nevertheless this is not what my issue is. I have a Bluetooth headset, therefore I want to use the Bluetooth module of the phone. This is going for ages. Please respond if you have a competent answer or a solution to this problem. Otherwise there is no reason to bother. I mentioned this in the beginning, I understand it's a China phone and I understand that it may not be the best quality, but at least have the decency to state the issues of the system, if you cannot fix them. Preferably before you go out on the market. I admit I didn't have much expectations from this phone as I use it mostly for browsing and media. But when I cannot even listen to music properly on the device, I think you are literally ripping people off. My advice: Get serious!

I'm a bit dissapointed that setup wizard got removed, along with google contact sync (which I really don't understand why, but thanks to avoloder it's fixable). Although if you're novice user that could be a big hurdle to overcome (or even to figure out why contact's won't sync).

Out of 3.02 known issues I've only stumbled upon fingerprint unlock not turning the screen on. And I wouldn't say it's only sometimes, it's almost every other time I unlock it. Camera is fuzzy, but so far I've only used it indoors since lately it's been rainy weather so I won't judge until I can take some pictures in bright daylight.

I'm a bit torn between 3.01 and 3.02, 3.01 looks more polished, first day I used it with 3.01 and everything worked ok. Like fingerprint unlock, it worked fine every time, plus that initial setup wizard gives premium feeling, 3.02 looks a bit hacked up because the lack of it. Users who aren't used to tinker with phone would have a bit of trouble setting it up. I guess the only reason I stayed with 3.02 is because I already set everything up and I like the ability to move virtual keys off screen.

I really hope we'll get 3.03 version soon, with google contact sync, fingerprint unlock bug solved and setup wizard if possible.

What I find strange is that v3.01 rootjoy zip is 30 MB smaller than v3.02 and yet, v3.02 lacks some abilities. I wonder if they're really missing, or are they simply "misplaced", but in the rom.

I've been fiddling with ROMs a bit. I unpacked both 3.01 and 3.02 and found the difference, 3.02 lacks "GoogleCalendarSyncAdapter" and "GoogleContactsSyncAdapter" in app folder, and "SetupWizard" in priv-app.

I copied them from 3.01 to 3.02 and repacked them back to system.new.dat. So now I have 3.02 that has these missing APKs. Would it be safe to flash it to the phone?
