when does the upgrade from Android 11 to S5 pro come out?  you promised at launch and so far you haven't, and also release 4k 60 fps on camera

Is there any chance to:
- fix compass: it need calibration like every hour, sometimes it is impossible to do
- make fingerprint works more than in 30% cases and under 3 seconds? It is faster to type 6-digit code 3 times than use fingerprint sensor :/

It is really annoying...

It's amazing the disregard that UMIDIGI has done with us with this cell phone, they never answer us or even say something. I just wanted a concrete answer if it will continue to have any updates or if it will stop as it is. but one thing i say, UMIDIGI NEVER AGAIN !!

I can't reproduce your issue, and I don't see other users reporting the same problem. You can try to reset your wireless settings in Settings -> System -> Reset settings

Currently that's not planned to upgrade the S5 Pro to Android 11 and we've never promised such an upgrade.
The Helio G90 SoC in the S5 Pro supports video encoding up to 4K 30fps, so 4K 60fps is impossible. https://www.mediatek.com/product ... ek-helio-g90-series

Hi, Either the connector of your charging cable or the USB-C socket on your phone might be shorted or damaged. They should be checked by a repairman. Try to use another USB-C cable.

- Compass - It seems to be a unique issue of your phone, might be caused by a hardware or software defection or local conditions. You can try to flash your phone in firmware upgrade mode, then set up your phone as a new device, do not restore a backup from the Google cloud or copy the settings of another phone.
- The in-screen fingerprint scanner is a bit slower than a regular fp scanner but it should still unlock the screen in 0.5 second. Try to delete your existing fingerprint samples and set them up again. Clean the screen and/or replace the screen protector if you have one installed. I've been using an S5 Pro (without screen protector) as my daily driver for 15 months already but have never had any issue neither with the fingerprint scanner nor with the compass.
