Dear Umidigi, if you don't improve the support for your phones it is useless to create fine new models. If spreads rumors on the web that your phones have almost no support you can close the factory. It's a pity, because I liked Umidigi. I left Elephone for this reason: NO support. Come on, get busy, don't disappoint customers, but reward them.
We are still waiting the Pie update. Will we get it or not?

Still no news about the bad working Camera Focus after last 2019 update !
The focus only works good with first stock rom V1.0_20180625 ROM - SPFT release !!
So it is a SOFTWARE problem !
the are all sleeping at Umidigi, bad customer service !

Hello, I have a serious problem with the back camera in my Umidigi Z2 original. Pics that are shot with the camera come out of focus, really blurry as if it was stuck in macro mode, because shots of objects that are closer e.g less than 2-3 metres are sharp. This is unacceptable in a phone for 200$. This problem is widely discussed at this forum, but there is hardly any response. This particular build supposedly should fix the focus problem but it most certainly does not. The problem is not random, all aof the pics are like this. This makes the camera completely useless. Not to mention that the second camera serves no purpose, as it is not utlised by the software at all (BTW noise on photos is visible even in shots made in daylight so extra light would be a welcomed addition). I attached couple of shots to show my problem. Is it really so hard to apply a patch since this issue is not present i the first build? Or there has been so many changes and updates in the hardware that even technicians are confused which phone is which?

Hello, the camera is dead, the camera app by default has disappeared, the fingerprint reader has also stopped working, I have flashed it a thousand times and it still does not work.

Same problem for me.
Everything worked fine until they released October updates and all of my cameras died. I tried everything, to flash all of the compatible ROMs shared here, I tried to root the phone, to install android 9, custom ROMs.
NOTHING.
Umidigi support still ignores me and all the people having the same issue. I paid 215€ for a phone that promised 4 working cameras, but none of them works.

The most ilarious thing is that they keep releasing new models, but the support for "old" models is completely dead. ("old" because Z2 isn't even 1 year old yet)

So no, there's nothing you can do to repair your phone.
You can just go around on the internet (expecially on Amazon, Gearbest and Aliexpress) leaving bad reviews and telling people not to buy any Umidigi phone, like I'm still doing since October.
Other than that I want to ask you and all the customers who are in this forum for unsolved problems to sign to this PETITION against Umidigi.
