Phone i received week ago got Android 6 so its V1.

I seemingly dont use my phone much, Whatsapp + few pictures + few calls.
Phone seems to do fine on battery life.
But i cannot comment yet on heavy use battery life, seems to be fine so far.

Yes mine arrived V1 android 6.01 little 25mb update on first boot , well let's hope they update to 7 at least or gets dev support for custom roms over at XDA , could be a long wait

Apparently according to a FB post from umi they are waiting for MediaTek to release the sdk so they can update to Oreo ,,we will see

Why my wifi shows on always.
Sometime battery shows it consumes lot of battery, some time no battery usage but wifi always on.
Is it a bug or some setting..

Off the store racks only android 6.0 Marshmallow. Even S2 Pro, there is no confirmation that it will come with Oreo.
