Well I broke 3 month old phone when I let my daughter use it to watch a barbie movie , she dropped it on the floor and the screen cracked and went black .
Embarrassing but true, sitting on the toilet, waiting for the things to come. Watching some youtube-vids. I placed the mobile-Phone on the holder for the Toilet-paper-roll. After a strenuous final phase, i grabbed half blind the paper but forgot my Phone. Pop-jangle!
I paid $5 a month for insurance, but managed to go almost all the way to end of warrenty period, dropped it and cracked screen. Had to pay more then the insurance did in total to replace with same model only, so all that for a refurbished year old phone.
