I've updated to this version yesterday and I've lost root in F1. I have the same problem like others with the TWRP so I've tried to install via SP Flash Tool other version rom but i can't flash others, like the 20190316 version: the process stucks at the beginning, in the red bar, and doesnt progress. Any solution for this?

For people who can't extract the rar, you must use 7z to works.

I am looking into the ROM, I have removed the recovery check and also the recovery restore but I cannot test.
If anyone want to try, the recovery restore is in /system/init.rc and the recovery check is in /system/build.prop, both edits are at the end of the file.

Guys i notice my screen torch stops responding after few minutes of playing a game..i have giving it a hard reset and it persist. What can i do to correct this??

You can have the update and root, but still unable to boot back into TWRP

Boot into TWRP

Flash 2019071519_g38v71c2k_kw_f1_eea-ota (TWRP).zip
Flash Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_02.04.2019.zip
Flash magisk-debug.zip

In TWRP go to Mount and mount the System partition

In TWRP file manager go to /system/system and rename recovery-from-boot.p to recovery-from-boot.poop or anything you like, this stops the recovery being restored.

In TWRP Terminal

    cd system
    cd system
    vi build.prop

Press the down arrow until you reach the last line, type dd
Type :w
Type :q
dd deletes the line ro.expect.recovery_id=0xde41fb2d2e5246003c148211612312dddd5e1a86000000000000000000000000
:w writes the file
:q exits vi

You are now ready to reboot. If you want any other zip files flashed you must do them now, there is no easy way back here.

End

If you do need to go back you must flash a previous version (untick recovery and userdata) and then you can boot to TWRP.

I have done this several times and it does not change userdata.
