What it say for fastboot devices

I would like to root the phone but the boatloader is blocked. I went to developer options and activate OEM. No issue.
When I tried with fastboot oem unlock, I have a message "waiting for device".
Can you help me please to have a root verified image or to resolve the problem

sorry you could currently say the working version magisk on F1 and umidigi F1 play? because I installed 19.3 and crashes abnormally

I flashed Magisk-v17.3.droidfeats.com.zip and it works perfectly. Since I have updated without problem.

You flash the zip file in TWRP it will install the framework and the apk.
