I think you should not wait for the next update. If your issue were caused by a bug in the system software, then all handsets with the same software would be affected. However, that's not the case.
Flash this ROM with SPFT, then after the first boot, set your phone as a new device, do not restore your saved apps and settings from the cloud.

I have updated the firmware with SP Flash Tool, but the APP Gallery (Galleria V. 1.1.40030) crashes visualizing Dynamic photos (livephotos). With android 6 the app working well, tapping on "dynamic" shows the video.

Hello bencebacsi, after all day testing the mobile and detected 3 bugs:
- If you give it to restart it does not restart it goes off
-When calling the "do not disturb"
-the proximity sensor on the call does not work properly, when detaching it from the ear does not turn on the screen again ...
For the rest a very worked update, I congratulate you for your work.
Keep debugging this mobile as you are going to get many opinions from customers ...
I succesfully updated to the latest ROM and I am now recovering my phone from the backup after performing factory reset just to be sure. Everything works fine, I was able to root the phone easily. Thank you bencebacsi and also UMI devs.
Here is a bug nobody has mentioned: Changing the language causes settings to crash.
I have tried flashing with SP Flash Tool but the issue is still there. I'm simply trying to change from English (UK) to English (Australia).
After the 7.1 uodate, mobile network is not working if I get out of the WiFi network. Please fix this immediately, I did flash the ROM even then same issue.
