When I check for updates my phone returns to the 'about phone' screen without any message.
How can I install the 20160423 update ?
If I try to sent feedback, it says 'network connection fails'. However I have working wifi and 3G network.
I already tried to unmount the SD card.
The phone is now running 20160415, aslo updated over the air.

Dear gistroom,
1. Turn off your phone.
2. Turn it on again while pressing the volume up button to boot into bootloader mode.
3. Move to the Recovery line with the vol-up button and select it with the vol-down button. The recovery will boot up in a few seconds.
4. Scroll down to 'Wipe cache partition' and select it with the power button.
5. 'Reboot system now'
6. Try to start the FOTA update again.

In that case I suggest you to process a factory data reset. If you're still unsuccessful, you can flash the same version with SP Flash Tool. That tool is even able to repair a completely bricked phone.

Can you check if the second file is genuine ? Or better provide us with a original download link.
edit: I now see that file is just a log file...
But there is a local update possible in the wirelless update menu.

Unfortunately, at this device the FOTA update file is stored in a nhidden partition, not in the cache.
You can try to update your phone with SP Flash Tool by flashing the system partition only. In that case your user data will stay untouched but you won't solve that issue, what makes your phone non-updatable now.
This one a major update, so even if it's not an obligation, a factory data reset is highly recommended.
