NoLed kills your battery!

You can set a timed notification so it wont drain the battery.
I was using it way back on several devices with out any battery issues.
It's an option not a must.

just stumbled across this cause i feel like purchasing a UMI Touch 5.5" - I am presuming the phone will be rooted seing as it comes with the selection of custom ROMS. - if so has anyone tried downloading xposed framework - in that I am pretty sure there is a setting (even though experimental) to make soft buttons LED's flash - I wonder if it works on this particular phone?

Dear UMi Touch users,

I regret to inform you but unfortunately, due to hardware restrictions, that's not possible to use the touch button LEDs as notification lights.

Regards,
Bence

Hi,
I also own Umi Touch and so far iam Happy with it.
Also needed Notificatin Light.
There is no Hardware limitation for Buttom Leds to be used as Notification!!!!
I use Xposed and Gravitybox. There you can choose bottom led as notification And It Works.
How To Root  and install TWRP and get Xposed and Gravitybox workking see in Forum of Umi Super.
I own a Super too.

Umi has the same problem as the smaller Chinese manufacture. Updating software doesn't gain them anything.it'sbetter that you buy a new phone with that function. Check out Umi Super. It has the dedicated notification led. But Umi Super has a bad camera instead. I doubt theywill fix it. Not because of lacking ofknowledge, but ignorance. They new that camera performed bad,but still they released the phone.
