Your issue can have both a hardware (presented in this thread and a higher chance) or software reason. The engineers are working on it to solve this latter problem.
Unfortunately, UMI don't have a contracted representative in Greece. If your problem is unsolvable but makes your smartphone useless, you should contact your reseller to work out a solution. They can offer you to make your device repaired locally on their cost or you might have to send your merchandise to the reseller.
