Really sorry for delay so much. It's our fault. due to the exceeding demand over than expected, we can't fill all orders immediately, our manufacture are trying them best to make more products. We will send out all Umi Touch for each customer before 12th April.

At present, I believe customers have their own choice, now we still can't fill all demands, you can cancel your order now.
Many customers worry about that Tomtop won't sale Umi Touch again, if they cancel the orders, they can't get all money back, Tomtop don't care these at all. Besides, if they want to purchase a Umi Touch from another reseller, the current price 169.99$, they think it's unfair. But, we must standing in the position of consumers, yesterday our leaders discussed this problem with tomtop leaders, finally they agreed shipping all Umi Touch to each user.
Don't worry, we must send them out before 12th April, we will send all Umi Touch to each user who made the pre-order finallly.
