Since your phone is identified as 'MediaTek USB Port (COM3)', it doesn't have a working preloader or SPFT can not boot it up. Can you flash other, MTK chipset based phones with that computer?

I checked everything on the new system. The result is the same. COM3 port is not flashing. And the other port has no drivers. Where to download them? In "MTK_Driver_Auto_Installer_SP_Drivers_20160804" they are not !!!

When you see the MediaTek COM port in your device list, right click on it, and remove device with uninstalling its driver. Then try to connect your phone again. Repeat this procedure if needed. It's your machine that I don't know, other hardware drivers may cause unwanted conflicts.

There is some places in the Android System itself where FP cannot be used and the phone requires PIN, like when adding a verified BT device for permanently unlocking the phone. If you need more info I can provide info.

When installing your MTK_Driver_Auto_Installer_SP_Drivers_20160804.exe drivers, USB devices are cleaned. The above tips do not help, since there are no drivers for the second type of connection (not COM3). Or the phone does not allow to connect. I think that it is necessary to disconnect the battery, but for this it is necessary to open the case.

take a photo (or rather video) how to flash a phone with a bootloop

Hello.
Hello my son yesterday dropped my phone (umidigi x) and the phone no longer turned on the power.

When I try to flash the phone pops up this error: status_da_hash_mismatch (0xC0070004)

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Thanks in advance

Hello,
Some phones when droped activate a security system
that doesn't allow turning on the phone.
To desactivate it you must disassembly the phone
and disconnect the battery.
Reassembly the phone and it must turn on.

I have a problem with the 4G on this phone...

4G connects and works OK,but when the phone moves about, like when on a car journey, it doesn't hop between 4G bands or drop back to 3G when the signal changes. It doesn't seem to hunt for a better signal, which means the data just drops out and stops working.
Problem is you don't notice it's happened until you pick up the phone and try to do something or notice it's been quiet for too long.

If I force 3G by going: "Settings -> Network & Internet -> Mobile Network -> Advanced -> Preferred Network Type -> 3G" it's happy to use 3G data all day long, but setting it back to 4G exhibits the problem.

It's a European UmidigiX on firmware (EU)V1.0_20191024.V3.03 flashed to the phone using the flash tool and everything wiped to factory settings after the flash. I'm on the Giffgaff network (which uses O2 infrastructure) and have manually entered an APN for Giffgaff as it's not natively on the phone.

I'm going to experiment with the Engineer mode and set bandmode 4G bands 1,3,20 and 40 only on SIM1 (lots more are selected by default) as they're the ones used by Giffgaff (on O2) and see if that helps.

Thanks.
