this sounds weird but someone else with a diff phone had the same problem but they did this to fix it:


"BS you not. Same issue here. Powered down. Gave a full charge. Powered it back up in an hour. Still same issue. Put on airplane mode. Turned on WiFI. To my amazement it is working fine now."

I still have the touch screen issue after applying the test update. The phone seemed fine for about 15 hours, then the screen froze. I don't know if there's a connection but the Bluetooth connection in my car often stutters and struggles to play.

Yes I noticed that. I also noticed that I have 2 camera apps installed (Android and Mediatek). I don't know where the second camera app came from but it seems to have issues. Try switching the default camera in WhatsApp. I found these instructions on Quora to swap the App:

"To use another camera in WhatsApp, touch paperclip in the 'Type a message' box, next long press on camera icon. Then you will be given a choice to either 'Take a photo' or 'Record video'. Select 'Take photo' and you will be given a choice on WhatsApp of which camera you want to use."

Switching the camera seemd to fix the issue for me.

My phone has been running very well with no issues for the last 3 days, even the bluetooth issue I has hasn't been happening. After installing this update I had one instance of the screen freezing after about 15 hours - but it seems okay now - thank you. I haven't been using the camera much, so I'll have a play with that now.

The default alarm sound changes okay for me. Is it not giving you the option to change the sound, or not saving your option?

Freezing Touchscreen issue still occurs (quite every 2min. of use). A very very annoying and horrible software bug. Please fix as soon as possible!

System Version: UMIDIGI_S3_Pro.E_V1.0_20190615 (Version: VER:0x10)

PS.:  Before the UMIDIGI S3_Pro.E_V1.0_20190606 I hadn't any problems with an freezin touchscreen...

Как понять какая у меня версия? Покупал через Алиэкспресс в Республику Беларусь. По воздуху обновлено до версии UMIDIGI_S3_Pro_V1.0_20190522_20190606-1938.
Где видно для какого региона телефон (Европейская версия)?
В этикетки сертификации - указано Европа - или это не означает, что телефон с Европейской версией!?

That is strange. I change the alarm sounds as follows:
Settings/Sound/Advanced/Default alarm sound -> then I get a list of the alram sounds: Neon/Neptunium/Nobelium/Osmium etc etc
I select a new default alarm sound the 'ok'. That works for me. Which version are you using. I have:
"Real Version: UMIDIGI_S3_Pro.E_V1.0_20190621" VER:0x13
