i think umidigi is a mistake, they stollen us by shipped phones with no sav after. Im tired about this company who think that person are stupid. Where is my money ? In the development of new phone not finish ? This attitude is not good for perception of chinese market !!!!!
See with mediatek for sources code and the problem will be result or go and sale bred and no phones !!!!!!

I can guide rough the process I made myself.

Theres no worry if you have root or not or even you are on 7.1.1 or not. If by any chance you loose your IMEIS, SN Writte tool can solve the problem for you so dont get panic.

Use SP Flash Tool : Choose the latest version from HERE

Download the ROM file: LINK HERE
(you need to register on the website in order to download)

The flashing process is exactly the same as for UMIDIGI Z Pro. The only option i changed in order to prevent bugs was to do "Format all+Download", wich will erase everything on the phone in order to push the whole ROM clean.

And thats it. Share your result when you test it.

KEEP IN MIND, as i said in other posts, the only bug that I found and its really annoying is that sometimes when the phone is locked and i try to unlock I get random white and black screen. After few trys it will unlock just like nothing happened so might be some kind of incompability with lockscreen. But the fingerprint scans works like a charm anyway, dont worry.

Poor umidigi, its the last time for me.
I like my z pro. Hope 7.1.1 ulefone come faster in the futur
