The issue with with the camera is mainly the laser focus. If you disable it, it should work decently. But I bought a phone with a laser focus so I want it to work

after a night with the new version what i can see:
1. the battery counters report are fixed - not showing 200% values - but still very problematic 90% Phone idle, 71% wifi, 56% screen - all this when phone was on the side of my bed without using and screen closed in airplane mode - so wifi was turned off. the values are bad for the battery.
2. Battery drainage is still the same - as bad as ever.

UMI - Please fix the real problems with this phone and not replacing the LOGO - your customers are really upset.

I think that the first thing to solve is the drainage of the battery. It is a real problem. It is OK to update the logo of UMI and so on. All the improvements are welcome, but the battery of this telephone is very bad.

A friend of mine is going to change the smartphone. He wants an UMI Z PRO because of the design and cameras. For the moment he is going to wait several weeks to see if all the issues have been solved in UMI Z to do the pre-order. In my opinion UMI will solve most of them, but for the moment...

\n\nYep, please work on the battery! I loved my recent UMIs for their great battery performance - and I'm hating my UMI Z right now for not being able to provide me a full day of usage and for losing 10-11% of battery during the night and doing nothing.

In AccuBattery it shows a deep sleep rating of 0 Minutes.
Is "deep sleep" just an Android 7 feature ("Doze"?) or is there a problem that doesn't allow the Z to enter sleep?

also noticed that the double tap to wake the screen is still not solved - still buggy as hell.

UMI FIX THE BATTERY DRAIN!!!

We can live with slower charging...we can live with white marks on the screen...but without a great battery life,having this phone is pointless.
You have to many flaws...i can't say one good advantage for Umi Z when i compare it to other phones...my previous 1-year old phone is A5(2016) and it's much more reliable.

Battery drain doesn't seem to have changed. Meaning it is still worse than 2 updates back (before they FIXED battery drain).

Still not registering some touches in apps. Even in camera it is pain to switch between video and photos.

With this update the battery drain is the same.
In addition the charge time is 4 hour .... oh my god. Before this update it was OK.
After the full charge with the phone shutted down, when remove the charger, the green led light remain ON until switch ON the Phone.
In my opinion with this update it was taken a step back....

Please UMI FIX all the issues.
