referring to your reply dated 2 april 2016 that all can read above in this tread
what you can reply to TOMTOP that say :

" We cannot ship the umi touch to you now.
  The UMI company recalls all his umi touch phones becasue of its serious quality issue.
  So we won't send you the defective phone.
  sorry about this, do you want to change it into other phone or prefer a refund ? "

I am very, very worried !

I don't want from TOMTOP another phone or the refound of my USD 113.19, I want an UMI TOUCH smartphone fully functional and meets the technical requirements for a long time publicized.

UMI can ensure this?

I await an urgent and clear answer about this matter.  Thank you.

Maybe our flashsale preorders are simply too cheap to make the whole transaction profitable for TomTop so they decided to cancel the whole sale for the time being?

If there's a serious technical problem that prevents TomTop from selling us the devices we ordered - is there any other reseller that would be doing the same thing?

I already asked UMI about this case last Sunday but I've been waiting yet for a detailed answer. So, now I'm writing here just to prove my existence in this case.
What I know until now: 1. UMI is disgusted by this action of tomtop. 2. Some buyers have already received their UMI Touch phones from other sellers and those devices work properly.
Maybe tomtop is trying to cheat for a reason. I don't know, this case is still under investigation.

Here are the answers from UMI:
1. UMI didn't call back any stock of UMI Touch phones, not even the bunch that they sent to tomtop.
2. There were a misunderstanding between the two companies (no details are available) but that's over, and tomtop will ship the pre-ordered devices.

P.s.: UMI Touch is available at tomtop again, so my personal (not official) opinion is that, they possibly lied earlier.

I received this from UMI,

I'm going to contact tomtop about this, will post the result.

What is your contacting method? because they never answered my emails and live chat always offline. only the facebook page post got a reply ( after days of waiting)
