Did you solve the problem?
You must use the MediaTek SP Flash Tool repair a damaged system.
Go to:

And use the option:

Firmware Upgrade.

Have tried and reloaded the latest firmware, but the sound is still very bad on outgoing calls. Very flat and dull sounds like talking in to a cloth.
Also changed the phone operator where the VoLte is working.
Though it is digital sound it is not good, incomming calls sound like sqeeking.
Can you tell me if it is possible to change the sound in Engineer mode where it is sound enhancement ?
What parameter is related to voice on outgoing or incoming calls.

Hello, I have one of these phones but it has an error, it usually restarts when you open the camera application or sometimes you use other system applications, I would like to know if they have had similar problems to know how to solve it and the cause of the problem.
I try to install this update from the recovery mode and the phone gives me an image of "No Commands" and I try to install it from the file explorer and when it is installing it tells me "Error". The version you have installed is l UMIDIGI_X_V1.0_20190912_20200509-0928

Здравствуйте! На телефоне во внутренней памяти система занимает 81 гигабайт... Это нормально? Можно ли как-то очистить - освободить место?
Или надо сбрасывать устройство до заводских настроек?

Hello,
Copy the update file to the download folder on the phone.
Go to the settings in the phone.
Update with wi-fi.
in the right top corner are 3 dots.
touch there and select local update.
Then select the download folder and chose the update file.

Worked perfectly and Unidigi X EEA ROM version was transferred to phone when I did the following.
Mobile turned off.
Windows 10 on PC.
started SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1924_Win. Run as administrator and selected scatter pattern as per instructions.
USB lead connected to mobile then volume up and down at same time and power on for at lest 5 seconds.
Flashtool started transferring all ROM files to phone.
Wait until green tick says complete.
boot phone. takes longer than usual.
Carry on setting up phone.
I used Google Assistant to setup new device from my other android phone, and everything vopied.
