UMIDIGI Android 10 & 11 ROOT - short guide not for beginners

Hi, greetings to all of you from Italy, I wanted to know if I can root umidigi bison to be able to record calls since android 8.1 is no longer possible, thanks for any suggestions

The umidigi A9 PRO is unable to root.

Checked and it works properly on the A9 Pro, it can get root access. You messed up something. The Magisk tutorial here was written 2.5 years ago, so it already looks different and some installation/update methods are also changed. Check out the Magisk homepage for more information if you can't figure it out on your own. Rooting is highly not recommended for users not familiar with working with Android resources.

Does not work! Unfortunately the phone doesn't turn on, it just restarts.

It works on all UMIDIGI phones with Android 10 if you strictly follow the instructions. You messed up something but nobody will be able to help you without sharing any details of your issue.

it's not working for me.

C:\Users\Tracey\Downloads\platform-tools>fastboot flashing unlock
FAILED (remote: 'Unrecognized command flashing unlock')
fastboot: error: Command failed

also tried

C:\Users\Tracey\Downloads\platform-tools>fastboot oem unlock
FAILED (remote: 'Command not supported in default implementation')
fastboot: error: Command failed

"If you don't know how to install adb drivers, enable Developer options, boot into fastboot etc., please google for them or check out other threads on this forum."
So that is your problem if you can't even create a working environment on your computer for properly running adb/fastboot commands.
'Unrecognized command flashing unlock' - Possibly you use an old version of android-sdk. The 'fastboot oem unlock' command is compatible only with Android 8 and older versions.
So I repeat, the problem is on YOUR computer, not with this solution provided here.

I arrived with success at point 2, bootloader is unlocked. But when I launch the the two commands disable verity I became the answer disable verity unknown command...what can I do?

sorry for new post but I cannot found how to load my edit. Okay i did it: just deleted the vcom driver and instead installed a simple android adb interface driver. But not everything is all right: I do not pass the safetynet check, everything is red. I try now reflashing the vbmeta and then I'll report about results...

Has anyone Rooted the A9 Pro? I tried and i ended up getting this stupid "https://i.imgur.com/Fn6WrwU.png" orange state error - I also, have the latest Rom on my phone but on the website the latest version even the stock one that came with the phone before it updated was not on the Rom section of the site. Is there any tutorial or root software/webbase version(apk) that actually works and can root the A9 Pro?
