maybe you flashed a Special edition Rom when there were compatible before....  Flash the new one for your original version and you will be updated....

Hi, Do you have the original or the upgraded Z2?
You can try the following:
1. Open the Phone app, tap the 3-dot menu button in the top right corner, then select Settings.
2. Select Accessibility, and disable Noise reduction. Now try to make a phone call.

You can take a screenshot buy pressing and holding the power + volume-down buttons together for one second. You don't need an other phone.

Still the same problem here !
After download FOTA and then install the update goes to 61%, phone restarts, installs update a few seconds and then Andoid man says FAIL and phone restarts....

I have updated from the previous 20181016  to this 20190214 and I could confirm the auto focus works much better in my Z2 original.
