It will probably not available via OTA, you can only flash it with SP flash tool.

I can not reproduce your issue, the Microsoft Ouotlook app can open and you can login with your account. try to flash the latest ROM with SP flash tool.

Estou om problemas no meu S2 lite, ele está parando os apps, reiniciando e travando no logo da umidigi, fiz reset de fábrica, flash com as roms originais e nada adianta, preciso de ajuda.

Before update work properly and after upadete can't run again, and after update I do turn on my developer option and turn on OEM unlocking but I didn't root my phone.

Sim e quando reinicia trava, quando reinicia começa e fecha os aplicativos como, google play, google play services, chrome e qualquer um que eu instalo através do goolge play.
