What is the release date? When I ordered my phone on Gearbest Shipping dates were Feb. 8-12 now it is 12-18.

The estimated date of starting shipping to the resellers is February 9.

UMIDIGI smartphones don't get officially launched in India. You can make orders shipped to India at Gearbest or Banggood.
Image stabilization is not supported.
