Camera won't focus

My A3 rear camera stop focusing 3 weeks ago and will only take macro pics at 5" away or selfies, my theory was the glass covering the camera lens was making it blurry but didn't want to break the glass to test it out, until I dropped the phone today and broke the camera glass and decided to remove it. Now the camera works like normal. I use double sided tape and a piece of clear plastic to replace the glass and it works. I tried using a screen protector for the glass and it was blurry.

Hi all, for a few days I have had a problem with my phone's Umidigi A3 Pro camera. It is no longer able to focus the image, except from a very close distance (maximum 10 cm). The phone has not been hit and the problem is only for the rear camera (the front one works correctly). I tried to install another photo application but the problem persists. Thanks, greetings.
