I'm happy someone's replying at all. Nothing looks worse than accusations that never get adressed. Because Umidigi phones are imported from China, it makes it a bit of a gamble, because exchanging a faulty phone may be extremely difficult. The last thing customers need is more insecurity. I'm very happy that the GPS works for someone, as for the pictures: It's slowly becoming clear that the cameras aren't very nice. Bad cameras are extremely common in Chinese phones but the ones in the S2 seem to be particularly bad. Part of this is the fact that you only show pictures that have been rezised, which still feel sort of "soft", hinting to a lack of detail and someone else posted a picture here which also looked quite bad (https://ibb.co/dxq836) and (https://ibb.co/hKZ1O6) - I do get more detail from my webcam. That's not good, considering how important cameras are on smartphones these days. I'd much MUCH rather pay 50$ more and have a good camera in my phone. Having said that, someone uploaded a very interesting review recently: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PgTBiV_Vec He says that the dual camera function is useless, though he claims it provides good detail, which makes me wonder what happened to the pictures Umidigi and that other guy posted. What I find very suspicious though: The S2 that this person tested looks very different from the pictures on the homepage - it has much larger black areas on the top and the bottom. It's time to trash the concept pictures and show the phone the way it really is.
Please also note: The reviewer criticizes your past update policies - you can change this reputation. Do take better care of your products. It would be nice to have a small company that makes nice, affordable phones, but that won't happen if Umi maintains a reputation for being unreliable. Other companies like Xiaomi or ELEPhone would be happy to take that title.
