That's the QuickTouch app. You can find it in the Black-Tech folder and disable it in its own Settings.

You are wrong. The system is full of crap bloat apps and does not....i repeat does not run smooth  ...

it would be better if you could show some respect, because the administrator is kind enough to reply to all of us on a regular basis. This kind of behavior will make him reluctant and we all loose prompt support.
If you are upset with the device then you should return it and go for some mainstream brands but I doubt you ever avoid some bloatware.

As you can see, I have alrdy disabled it, but the button won't go away.Any other suggestions ?

Also I don't understand what this 'stop'  indication is top right (next ti 4g).It's not the sound.

Please follow the instructions above, so open the QuickTouch app and disable it in its own settings.
That status bar icon doesn't seem to be a system icon.

Ваше повторение совсем не помогает. Ни со строкой состояния, ни с раздражающей кнопкой
