Hi I have a similiar problem
     My month old UMIDIGI S kept warning me that it had failed to update. Even when I manually tied to iniate this.

     Then yesterday it powered off and wouldn't come back on.

     I've followed on line advice and done a power off using Volume Up and Power, then again to power back up.

     This gives three options

Recovery
Fastboot
Normal

Recovery
             Just shows a android figure on it's back with the comment "No command"
Fastboot
             Just shows  => FASTBOOT Mode.....  then nothing
Normal
             SHows UMIDIGI initial screen, then a black screen with Android. Nothing after this


What can i do of is this device bricked ?

Hi,

When your phone is booted into recovery, press and hold the power and vol-up buttons (in this order) together, then release them to call the recovery menu. Now you can move with the volume buttons and select an item with the power button.
Try to Wipe data/factory reset or if that doesn't help, you can flash the whole system software with SP Flash Tool. Link: http://community.umidigi.com/thread-15898-1-1.html
