I do think that the black should be gone, in the last ROM one of the admins/mods said that they would get it removed in the next update. Maybe add a toggle in settings or just remove it completely please.

It's just very ugly becaus there are no animations...
Plz, give us the default one, the one from the beta, the one you will get with stock android!!

Everything works well for me. Fingerprints were still recognised after the update, but my alarm clock settings were reset (I'm really glad the update was released on a Friday).

Long press of virtual home button starts Google assistant, but long press of physical home button still calls up the list of running apps. Is it possible to make the physical home button start the assistant?

\n\n Newest Update works very good. I dont care about black notification, there are worse things.
Home button responds now better. Overall Performance is very good now, betters also seems better.

Some people have to think about, you have a very cheap smartphone with premium hardware. If you have to complain on everything about, maybe you should buy the next time one which costs 4 times as much as this.

Can you screenshot? I am waiting for feedback before upgrading to Android 7.1.1. Also how is the battery life and what about the home button, is it still the recent app button?

Thanks to UMI for this great job, the ROM for me works ok, removed the black screen in notification aas bencebacsi told us, and now seems to be perfect. Great Job.
