Install custom recovery (TWRP, CWM etc.) and root

I installed Nougat UMI PLUS.V3.02_20170613 and updated UMi_Plus_V3.02_20170616_update. I installed TWRP_302_UMI_PLUS.V3.01_20161019, but I can not and do not know how to open it.
The system is rooted, I checked 2 times checkroot.
I tried 6 different versions of Supersu and the result is always the same as in the picture

Does it matter that I unlocked the bootloader, but this should be the problem..?

Is the frive F: a hard disk drive in your system? You tried to flash a different TWRP image, not the one provided here. What kind of recovery did you try to flash? What was the error message you received?

Did you use TWRP Image for Umi E since same hardware?

The Umi PlusE TWRP wont work as i think the Device and Vendors would not match.
You can either try to compile a Z1-TWRP which i am struggeling with at the moment or use
the latest Magisk-Beta (see here on XDA-Devs) via ADB Method to at least gain Root. Module & such
would probably not be working though as its beta. Let me know what worked for you!

Thank you, I do not have Umi Z1, only thinking about buying.
Maybe I experiment compiling with my Umi Touch to learn how to do it before buying
