Also do a full wipe before flashing. And factory reset.
Hope that umi release sources so we can build proper custom  roms Elephone p9000 (almost same hardware) has custom dark sense kernel.. For over 8 months now?

The lack of support and freedom will ultimatly be the downfall of umi. If they would release sources then xda members would be on top of it like flies on you know what. They would sell more phones and have better software.

I did it. I just installed Lineage OS.

from 100% to 98% in 4 - 5 hours.

On this ROM from 100% to 99% in 3 hours... It proofs nothing

Where did you buy screen protector? I bought one and touchscreen didn't work correctly

problem with screen was due to fact i put a metal plate between back cover and phone to get it attracted by magnetic holder
fact is that even without the plate back of phone is attracted by magnetic holder
and since i removed the plate my phone is steady again

I did not install anything and the speed from 100% to 97% lasted 3 hours but later the battery charge dropped drastically to 11% in 20 hours, although I made only a few short calls. latest version is fine,all works except bluetooth audio...fast and stable
