Hi Ben,

I get the same.  This is the log.

[2019/9/30 14:46:07] microtrust_log: dll version is v1.3.0, read_file_from_phone_to_buffer() line number:748 phone_filepath folder not exist;        return value=1
[2019/9/30 14:46:07] microtrust_log: dll version is v1.3.0, read_file_from_phone() line number:1108 read phone file to buffer failed;        return value=-1

Please any advice?

Ben,

I have z2 pro.  Using win10.

I reflashed my device using SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1916
I used SN_Write_Tool_v1.1828.00 to write IMEI, WIFI, BT addresses.  I was not able to make SN_Writer_G37_v1.1752 work to directly to set Metamode.  I can make it work if I have the z2 pro already in Metamode.

Using the Beanpod_Activation_Tool/generate_request_file_tool I get the following error.

15:47:35 IMEI:223344, build date:20171009
15:47:35 IMEI:223344, Set phone into Meta mode
15:47:47 IMEI:223344, Set phone into Meta mode end
15:47:47 IMEI:223344, Connect to phone
15:48:02 IMEI:223344, Connect to phone end
15:48:03 IMEI:223344, Wait soter
15:48:03 IMEI:223344, Send command to generate req
15:48:04 IMEI:223344, Send command to generate req end
15:48:04 IMEI:223344, Read req
15:48:05 IMEI:223344, Read req error

In the microtrust_metalog folder, the imei folder is created but no files are produced other than the log file, which shows:

Yes, this service is still available and I received your thh.req file (two times) but it's a paid service. Your request will not be processed without paying its cost.

Your issue is a special one and it can have many reasons like driver issues, the USB connection of your computer or a specific hardware defection of your phone. At least try to use another, Windows 10 based computer.

and what is the guarantee that it will work since the SN Writer method does not work
