Why water resistant feature is very important to you?
Smartphones are now transitioning from a luxury to a necessity in daily life. Without them we dont feel whole. With new smartphones contstantly becoming more and more capable, we need to make sure they last longer and not be put out of use from a simple and common accident which can happen without warning. Having this feature and protection of being water resistant puts the mind at ease knowing the device wont be made useless from the smallest of clumsy accidents.
Do you want to add "Face ID" into S2 PRO?

Face id is not a needed feature. You still need to pick up the phone or at least touch it, in which case fingerprint is just as good and since its been around on many devices for a while, it has established its reliability. Regardless, the feature sends an important message. These features are not exclusive to the biggest names in the market, and these flagship killers are living up to their name and are killing the competition. Its a step forward proving this device is not one to be taken lightly.

It is a nice feature.  I have never lost a phone to water damage, but I have friends that have.  It makes me feel safer near a pool or beach.

No, I do not lock my phone at all, so fingerprint and face ID are of no use to me.  Someday, I hope you can login to Apps and Websites using something like that, but for now it only unlocks the phone.  My goal is to minimize things I have to do, like unlock my phone or type in passwords to apps and websites.  I want everything at my fingers instantly with minimal delay/interaction.

It would be nice cause everytime I took my old phone inside my bathroom I got a little hartattack. And that's because both of my previous phones fell into my bathtub.. It's a lot more safe.I live in Belgium, a country where it's raining 9/10, so water resistant phones are always welcome here.

To be honest I'd prefer touch ID. I think face ID is overrated. It does not work as accurate as fingerprints.
But if Umidigi can succeed in making a very accurate face ID, why not? I'd be happy with this phone, with or without face ID

The water resistant feature is important to me because that means I don't have to worry about using it in the rain or accidents like someone spilling a drink on my phone or dropping it by accident in a pool or something.
I personally don't care about the "Face ID" feature but I would like NFC to be available on the phone, 'cause I don't think it has it, right?
And since when Face Unlock is such a new thing, ' cause I have a old cheap Huawei and it has Face Unlock.

Water resistant in smartphones are now more common than ever before the rising of android smarphone where water resistant almost only exclusive to japanese phonemaker. And not let's not forget that even after the rising of android even it's only reserved for premium segment. With the umidigi s2 pro, which bring in once a premium feature to a mid range device. As of why water resistant is more important than ever. Especially for me. Its mainly because i reside in a tropical country where it's mainly sunny or rainy day weather.  With my job which requires me always on the go. Instead of 9 to 5 stay in a air conditioned office. It will be peace of mind for me to use my phone even on a rainy day.

With the face unlock feature becoming the next big thing in smartphone. It provides a much more convenient alternative to unlock your smartphone simply by looking at the screen. But at such an early stage of implementation. It would be great to see chinese phonemakers such as umidigi pioneering the implementation into mid range segment. Enabling users to enjoy such a technological advancement at lower price compared to samsung and apple.

smartphone with water resistant is needed for now , because with the ability of water resistant whenever and wherever want to open the smartphone is not worried about water, especially now in Indonesia is the rainy season

I really hope UMIDIGI can add features Face id , because with the face id smartphone security better without having to with fingerprint. With the face id feature, UMIDIGI BE ONE OF THE SMARTPHONE.
