I just made factory reset and the last update in My Z2 Pro. In My case it changed nothing. Proximity sensor calibration gone but the sensor won't work at all, the screen is always switched on. Please help me how to fix it. Also I have the same problems like others. WiFi 5g, pour GPS signal, problems with cameras.
I am not interested in photography but your post prompted me to try the Bokeh effect so I tried a couple of shots.
What I found the shots with Bokeh effect on are similar to those I shot with my older S2 Pro which can focus nearer to the object. My Z2 pro can do Bokeh but needs to be a bit further away and therefore the shots are only successfully with a relatively large area in focus so the Bokeh effect is less pronounced. I suppose if the camera can focus closely on a very small object then the Bokeh effect looks stunning with the majority of area blur out but the small object is sharp as a pin at the middle.
I could be wrong the Bokeh effect may be easier with a camera with a single lens but when you have two lens and the operating system is trying to make use of the shots from both lens to form one best possible compromise the result may be more difficult to programmed than on phones with just a single lens.
