Did it... if I pass my hand or an object in front of the sensor the screen will darken.... however when I uncover the sensor, the LED screen flutters and within 3-4 seconds darkens, the readout values are in the 170-180 range as the LED screen eventually goes dark.
I tried to flash using SP Flash tool but my device is not detecing in my PC I tried using windows 7 and windows 10 also i tried on checing Device Manager its not detecting.

Hm, it doesn't seem to be a software bug. The minimum level should be around 50-60. Maybe (I guess) a grain of dust partially covers the beam or the sensor of the proximity sensor or it just spreads the beam of the light emitter of the proxy sensor, causing this weird behavior as a result. I'm afraid your phone should be disassembled to check inside.
I connected to my PC while switched and while it restarts also but its not detecting in my computer i verified in device manager also it is empty. If any driver issue i can restall in my system but my problem its not even detecting
I verified mobile is not running and restarting infinity times.
