That scandal, I have an important problem with the z pro. But nobody does anything. Something serious must happen before you move. Both you and tomptop do not respond. It looks scandalous.

Hi.
I have 2 umidigi z pro phones at home, so i can compare their performance and their problems.
I have noticed that after android 7 update, both of the phones sometimes do not ring (when someone is calling, or when notifications appear for calendar, sms etc.).
The problem is solved when the phones are restarted, but it is very annoying to miss calls and notifications.
I hope that this is an issue that will be solved with the next update.

I had the same problem on android 6. After the update, the error has disappeared. I have 3 phones like that. Bought myself, my wife and my friend. The first phone refused to be updated via OTA. The second phone was hanging and rebooting itself. And the third phone does not work well if you use a wifi and a bluetooth speaker.

Ok thank you a lot. I will wait a little more. Did you already had the update to 7.1.1 a month before? Because this update is pretty big with 1.15Gb. Looks like a full android version instead of an update.

Are you updating from Android 7.1 or Android 6.0?  I just want to know why it doesn't show up for me, also how did you rid of giant 3G/4G symbol nexr to signal strenght and added download speed indicators?

I am amazed that so many people complain about their UMI device and still greedily wait for the new "flagship".
As long as UMIDIGI does not show that they take his customers and their problems seriously,
I will not buy a device of this company anymore.
