If you have a custom recovery and a backup then is possible otherwise you are stuck with using spft to rollback to android 6. Its quite easy and there are videoson YouTube showing how. Just remember that you have to choose the firmware update option on the SPTF.

When it will fix the battery drain and the camera? On other phones has the same camera and makes the photo 10 times better and efficiently.

Is it worth asking UMIDIGI to fix A7. If they had any idea they would have long ago announced it on the forum. They just do not care about their customers

This is my third Umi phone, this is the third time they let me down with the software, this is the third and last Umi. This is not how you treat your customers

I have two UMI SUPER and so far I was satisfied with warranty service and the phones themselves. I hope it is just an accident at work
