thanks Haluska I will try it tomorrow...

Are there really no problems because you are using just one antenna contact for all?

By using the tin foil trick. Should the antenna length be matched to the transmitter?? If your using the phones signal antenna instead of a separate antenna for the GPS will it not be mid matched. Possibly blowing the transmitter ??

No, this antenne (and 2 contacts) is only for WiFi and GPS. Other antennas are elsewhere on cover. This modification should NOT cause damage to the phone.

Original GPS antenna is theoretical short-circuit too.  I measured it by Nexus 5 GPS antenne. Here is theory about GPS antennas in mobile phones - http://www.antenna-theory.com/design/gps.php Antenna is dipole - need 2 contact.

Well after removing the original umi plastic case, my gps started working normally and 3g signal got much better. I don't have 4g. So, is there a case for super that does not have that metal strip that blocks the signal?

It's weird.
On this side is the only GPS / WiFi antenna. With 4G has nothing in common. Watch photo.

Dear all,

considering that the best option is the one provided by Haluska (foil + case; no ROMs or whatever) and seeing that my reseller is a source of excuses to not recognize the problem in the phone, I would kindly ask to the most experts to create a kind of tutorial with pictures or video starting from how to open the phone without break the case.

Thx a lot to all of you and also to UMI support team who after so many days neither answers my mails. As the proverb says: "First time you lie me will be your fault, second will be mine".
