I cannot download any flash tool or Rom for the Umidigi Bison. Neither for 2020 or 2021. I would need the 6gb version. (I don't know how else to contact you, sorry administrator.)

A clear SP Flash Tool tutorial can make the flashing process much easier to understand. If you want to create a step-by-step video guide, Alight Motion is useful for adding text, transitions, and helpful visual explanations. Click here https://apkalightmotion.com/

I had almost the exact same problem while updating my UMIDIGI Power 5. I followed the recommended procedure to upgrade from the older firmware to the newer version and initially everything seemed to go fine. However, after restarting the phone, it got stuck in Fastboot mode and kept returning to Fastboot every time I tried to restart it.
I tried flashing the previous firmware again, then tried the other available ROM versions, but the phone continued going back into Fastboot. I also tried keeping the user data option enabled, but that didn't solve the problem either.
Eventually, what worked for me was selecting Firmware Upgrade in SP Flash Tool and flashing the latest firmware with all the required options enabled. After that, the phone finally booted normally again.
One more thing that may help someone: if Windows isn't detecting the phone correctly, check the Driver folder included with the SP Flash Tool files. Installing the appropriate drivers allowed my computer to recognize the device properly.
I'm sharing this because I spent quite a bit of time trying different combinations before finding something that worked. Hopefully it saves someone else from going through the same troubleshooting process.

I ran into something similar with my UMIDIGI Power 5. After the update, the phone kept booting into Fastboot mode no matter how many times I restarted it.

What finally worked for me was using SP Flash Tool → Firmware Upgrade with the latest ROM and all options enabled. After flashing, the phone booted normally again.

If Windows doesn't detect the phone, installing the drivers included with SP Flash Tool may help. Hopefully this saves someone some time!
