Hi, First try to flash the preloader only. Uncheck everything but the preloader (first) partition.

Hi. My C2 developed a big problem for me today. I can't use it anymore because the phone keeps crashing and rebooting itself all the time.  Like in a mad circle. It does  power up, boot up and as soon as the launcher start it crash and come back to the black window with big Android word on the black background, after a few seconds on this, the launcher starts and in a matter of seconds crash and back to android word window and again, and again...just never ending.
Now does anyone have suggestion how to fix this without loosing personal data, pics, music etc? Or how to recover the data (or just pictures/clips from camera from internal memory)?

How it happened:
When I went to sleep last night (about 23:00), the phone was ok, I plugged it  on the charger, the battery was about 40%. In the morning already was like that. The alarm fail to ring, it was set for 4am.  I was late for work in results. Just great.

The phone goes no problem to the recovery mode or fastboot mode. In recovery mode I wiped the Cache Partition but it did not help.
Any suggestions please?
I have the phone from September. The last ota updated in October 2017.
Thank You in advance.
Regards Pat

It seems to be a USB connection/driver issue. Try to reinstall the drivers after you connected your phone, use another USB cable or another computer for flashing.

Hi,

Since I guess you didn't enable USB debugging earlier, that's not an option to use adb commands. You can flash the basic edition of the latest ROM version in 'Download Only' mode without the userdata partition with SP Flash Tool. As a result your crashing launcher will be replaced by Google Pixel launcher but your user data will stay in place in its original state.

Edited by Patryqo at 2018-3-1 18:45 \n\nThank You for your replay. I will try this.
What do You mean about using the abd commands? I am not very good at thinks like flashing ROMs and stuff like that, but I can always get a help from my experienced brother if need to.
It's possible I did turn on the usb debugging. I did it for sure in my old phone and I may have done in this one. However I am not sure about this one. Regards Pat

You can delete the launcher's app data with adb command via USB adb connection.  Post time 2018-3-3 13:18

Edited by Patryqo at 2018-3-4 17:37 \n\nThank You. As it turns out, I did not enabled the usb debugging before. So I was trying to enable this now, in the few seconds I had,  while  the phone sturting up and before it resets itself. But I was constantly losing the battle - the phone reseted itself quicker than I could get in to the settings. But I kept trying. I realised how to turn on the Safe Mode. The phone still reseted itself in the Safe Mode but it stayed on a bit longer, so I had a few seconds more now and I was getting closer and closer to the usb debugging switch in the phone settings. In my last attempt I switched off the Bluetooth and wifi and then eventually I managed to turn on the usb debugging -  success! And to my surprise the phone did not reseted itself any more! I could not believed in  it. I did try it hundreds of times before with no success and aventually it's happened the phone is on now. So I connected the phone to my laptop and copied all pictures and videos.
So now is the question - what should I do next to get the phone back to normal? I am afraid if I gonna switch it off again it will be get back to this mad resetting circle. Should I try to change the rom? Or maybe should I do the factory reset and see what's will happen after?
Thanks in advance for suggestions.
