Z Pro without sound

This morning the alarm clock did not ring.
The smartphone has just vibrated.
I then tested the music and video player.
There was nothing to be heard either.
After a restart of the smartphone everything has worked again.

However, I have worried that this again occurs and I do not hear the alarm clock.
What could be the dropout?
How can it be prevented that this again occurs?

I'm having a similar problem with my Z pro that I just got two days ago. When I connect to a bluetooth headset (or car bluetooth radio), audio goes over bluetooth, so far so good. After I disconnect from the bluetooth audio device, the phone does not switch back to speaker audio until after reboot.

Did you also connect to a bluetooth device just before the problem occurred?

Yes, my Z Pro was connected by Bluetooth with the hands-free car kit.
After that the loudspeaker still works.
I will pay attention in the next few days and look at what it could be.

Hello,

I have same Problems too. But may speakers does not work after a few hours. It mustn be connected to a bluetooth device. Alarm no sound is very bad, i stand up late cause of that problem:-(
I have other issues: Galerie shut down if click on a picture, Musikplayer shut dowwn when clicking play, snapchat has no amera acess... Battery last not very long.

Same here. Noticed this happen just recently. I to have been using Bluetooth headset. Restart brought sound back.

I'm worried that this will happen again.

I have the same problem, but If You reboot Your phone when sound doesn't work there is everything all right till next time.
There is also this same problem with gps, but I think It's for another theter. Hope the team of Umi will fix this very soon.

By the way, I'm on the UMIDIGI Z Pro V3.01_20170321 firmware. Has anyone triend the UMIDIGI Z Pro V3.01_20170408 to see if it's better?
