Posted on the 11th saying next week has come and gone and no cyanogenmod so I doubt it was legit.

Are there any news concerning CM13 for UMI SUPER ???

Or was that just a fake message to bring a few customers to buy a UMI Super.

It seems that gizchina gets the information before the forum community... Why?
Since we all know that cyanogenmod have fired 30 staff of late with the business strategy turning to apps rather than OS, it beggars 2 questions.

1.Has UMI acquired the ex employees as developer's ?
2. Is this ROM from cyanogenmod HQ?

what became of the statement

UMi has been contracted with a professional developer team (their name is not for the public yet), that's working on a CM13 ROM for UMi Super.
We'll come back with concrete information in the near future.
